Unhiding column with ColumnHider does not show header cell

Take dgrid/test/extensions/ColumnHider_MenuHeight.html.
Add ColumnResizer to the grid.
Resize one of the columns, making it bigger so a horizontal scroll-bar appears.
Scroll horizontally to the right.
Use the ColumnHider to hide one of the visible columns.
-> The column is hidden.
Use the ColumnHider to show the hidden column.
-> The cells for the content rows are shown again, but the header cell is still hidden.

Please note that I used InternetExplorer 10 to reproduce the issue. In Chrome it does not seem to reproduce.
