I ran the automated test suite using Windows 7 and IE 11 and several tests failed.

I'm seeing one failure in IE10/Win7, fixed in #1302.

I'm getting intermittent failures (mostly CSS-related tests) in IE11/Win10, but they are mostly passing.

I think I figured out how to reproduce it. I see it happening in Chrome when I make my browser window narrow. I am going to see if I can fix it.
