Count down goes to negative time!

Minor visual bug, but if you start the timer with an initial value of 00:00:00 it will go into negative time:

I would expect it to stay at 00:00:00

It would also be nice to set an initial default time for when you first access the app page. At the moment it always starts at 00:00:00 and you need to set a time, and reset always goes to zero. Just another very minor point!

I think perhaps disabling the start button when the value is 00:00:00 might be a nice way to go here. I feel like reset should always set it to 00:00:00, otherwise user would have to backspace any other value before entering their desired value.
