Uneven support content cards on support.html

Describe the issue

The height of the divs on the support page are all uneven, which imo looks a little tacky. If you look at Bitcoins support page, they are all evenly spaced and have the same height. This looks a lot cleaner, and is the de facto standard when displaying css cards.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. Visit https://dogecoin.com/support.html

Expected behaviour

Each support card should be the same height

Actual behaviour

Height of cards are not the same

@nickatnight I have written code to correct the issue. Here is a screen shot. I am learning how to use git. Figuring out the correct way to submit changes.
