SqliteSchemaManager still emulates schema namespacing.

Current behaviour

lines still emulate schema namespacing.

Expected behaviour

I would expect the schema namespacing emulation conditioned the same as in https://github.com/doctrine/dbal/blob/3.8.2/src/Platforms/SqlitePlatform.php#L393.
