New install of Windows 10 and Docker, unable to share drive false firewall error

Expected behavior

Share Drive C

Actual behavior

Docker is unable to share C, claims it is because of firewall.
Even with firewall turned off, this error is displayed.

Information

• Windows Version: 10 Pro v 1803
• Docker for Windows Version: 18.06.0-ce-win72 (19098)

Replaced hard drive in laptop. Fresh install of Windows 10 and Docker.

Initially, McAfee LiveSafe installed. Tried disabling firewall, still received "Firewall blocking" message. Uninstalled LiveSafe and restarted.

Same issue with Windows Defender. Turned off Windows Defender and still get the Firewall blocking message.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
