This occurred for me as well, on launch first run post-update to 17.09.0-ce-win33 (13620)

This has been fixed on the edge channel, the fix will get in the next stable release.

@gtardif I'm not sure how to retrigger the dialog so I cant switch to the edge channel and test but I had also noticed that the 'How likely...?' section is editable. Happy to check if you can point me at how trigger the dialog :)
