Vault 0.8.3 not found #3472

The vault 0.8.3 PR #3468 was merged and the website was published by we are getting error when pulling.

$ docker pull vault:0.8.3
Error response from daemon: manifest for vault:0.8.3 not found

Yeah, the builds are automated but their polling frequency still needs tuning. I've manually triggered the build for Vault on amd64.

Similar issues: docker-library/rabbitmq#188, docker-library/ruby#159
