A priori to be done when moving to 2.0 and separated package (no need to keep compatibility)

  • dojox/app/module should probably be module_s_ (be consistent with controller_s_ and after all there are several of them)
  • dojox/app/lifecyle.lifecyle.STARTED Sounds like repeating things. Shouldn't the lifecycle flags be statically defined directly on module instead dojox/app/lifycle.STARTED?
  • layout gets its own package with just utils modules in there. Maybe it should just be a layoutUtil.js module in the utils package...
  • maybe other things
