Description

On certain mailservers it is inpossible to create folders below INBOX/.

Steps to reproduce

The bug is known to occour with IBM Dominios.

Expected Behavior

The folder should be created at top-level below /

Actual Behavior

The folder fails to create and the emails remain in INBOX. As a result the same post get created over and over again.

Proposal

Create folders below / as a fallback solution. The Mail2News code included such a feature.
