When one type dub is the wrong directory (something that is quite common), the message is:

Neither a package description file, nor source/app.d was found in
/Users/ponce/Desktop/dplug/examples
Please run DUB from the root directory of an existing package, or run
"dub init --help" to get information on creating a new package.

Failed to find a package named ''.

The message is perfectly OK, but the Failed to find a package named '' I find extra confusing yet most visible.
