Plugin seems to require a "org.dita.dost.writer.JavaHelpIndexWriter" which is not in it #2

Probably the plugin should have an extra JAR library containing this index writer library.

The "IndexTermCollection.java" class tries through Java reflection that missing JavaHelpIndexWriter class.
