This Term sets out the rules for using the DisCloud Platform. We inform you that by accepting it, you are contracting our services and accepting the conditions presented in this contract. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions presented, do not complete your registration or use our services. The use of the platform implies tacit contracting of our services and by virtue of this contracting, agreement with the clauses presented here.
Please note that we may change our Terms of Use at any time and under DisCloud's terms, it is your responsibility to keep up to date and adhere to the policies posted here.

- The platform is intended for hosting Bots that are within the Terms of Service of their respective platforms.

- It is also allowed to host Bots from other platforms, such as Telegram, Whatsapp, Twitch and others, as long as they comply with the respective platform's Terms of Service.

- Hosting Web applications became possible with DisCloud V2, from a simple Static Site, API, bots with Dashboard, Dashboard and others.

- Content that violates the rights of third parties (for example, copyright) in accordance with applicable law;

- Excessively profane content;
3
- Related to hate or violent content;
4
- Content advocating racial or ethnic intolerance;
5
- Content advocating hacker or cracker activity;
6
- Other illegal activity, including, without limitation, illegal exposure of controlled substances or illegal software;

- Phishing;
8
- Malicious content;
9
- Backup files that are not from your own bot or application;

- Other materials, products or services that violate or encourage conduct that violates criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third party rights.

- Bots with criminal content.

- Any application that goes against the permitted content of this document.

- Upload, distribute, disseminate or offer to do the same with respect to any content of a defamatory, offensive, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene or otherwise illegal nature;

- Defamatory, offensive, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene or otherwise illegal and objectionable content;
3
- Intentionally distribute viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes or any other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;

- Forward pyramid schemes and the like;
5
- Transmit content that may be harmful to minors;
6
- Impersonate another person (through the use of account or otherwise) or misrepresent yourself or the origin of any email;

- Illegally transmit intellectual property or other proprietary information without the permission of the owner or licensee;

- Use the Service to violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others;

- Promote or encourage illegal activity.

- Interfere with the use of the Service by other users;

- Perform significant load testing without first obtaining written consent from DisCloud, otherwise these may be treated as denial of service attacks;

- Modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer any part of the Service;

- Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights contained in or on the Service;

- Reformat or frame any part of the web pages that are part of the service administration display;

- Use the Service in connection with illegal peer-to-peer file sharing;

- Use the Service for Bitcoin and other digital currencies (cryptocurrencies);

- Display any content on the Service that contains any hate-related or violent content or contains any other materials, products or services that violate or encourage conduct that violates criminal laws, any other applicable laws, or any third party rights;

- It is completely forbidden to circumvent the free benefit by creating 2 accounts in order to have 2 bots hosted on our platform. If caught all bots will be deleted and your account added to Blacklist.

- It is forbidden to automate normal accounts (usually called “self-bots”).

- It is forbidden to host BOTs that share files or malicious links, Mass DM, and any action prohibited by terms of service.

- It is strictly forbidden to use DisCloud to host machine learning scripts or any application of this kind.
