Create basic APIs for region search, including:

  • Extracting an ImageCollection from the Butler for a given time range
  • Filtering an ImageCollection for a given pointing and guess distance.
  • Add a demo notebook to walk a new user through the steps of getting the images for a specific KBMOD run.
