Tag colors are not coordinated #8

Example:

Select tags ASP.NET, C++ and Java
Select country Greenland

In the line chart, Java appears in orange. In the bar chart, Java is blue.

This happens because Greenland does not have any C++ posts, so Java takes the second position in the bar chart.
