Exported SQL when using uuid primary key should not contain GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY

AS-IS:

CREATE TABLE table1
(
  id              uuid      GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY,
)

TO-BE:

CREATE TABLE table1
(
  id              uuid
)
