Does not work with air-gapped devices since 0.2.0 #40

Hey!

In 0.2.0 a change was introduced that loads some library from unpkg.com: https://github.com/dimagoltsman/refreshable-picture-card/blob/master/dist/refreshable-picture-card.js#L5

Now, my hall-way tablet that has a blocked internet connection cannot use this card. I have downgraded to 0.1.12 and it works.

Is there a way to remove this dependency on an ongoing internet connection?
