Can't navigate to other tabs in HA

When you configure original picture card you can add tap_action sth. like this:

tap_action:
     action: navigate
     navigation_path: kamera

By tapping it you can switch HA tab, f.ex. live camera view.

This option is not working in refreshable-picture-card - nothing happens when you tap
Option 'navigate' don't do the job because it opens new card in browser .
