关于克隆代码时出现切换分支失败问题 #40

在使用clone代码，源码使用setGitDir方法，这会导致克隆目标仓库代码时，会克隆到工程本地，且指定的地址，没有目标工程代码，改为setDirectory方法，可以克隆成功

通过源码发现，setDirectory方法内部也会设置setGitDir
