Edit on github on RTD lands in the wrong place #565

Our readthdocs page currently points to the develop branch. It should eventually point to the master branch IMO.
The Edit on Github button lands in the wrong place. e.g. for index.md: https://github.com/dictation-toolbox/caster/edit/master/docs/index.md This is quite a nice feature, so I think we should consider moving the docs folder into a docs folder at the top level of the repo.

Fixed with an edit to mkdocs.yml.
