Css linting suggestion: stylelint

As a reminder of what we talked about. Might eventually be nice to consider https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint. Decent linter that supports scss, sass, css in js as well.

A nice preset to use is https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint-config-standard
