manage: delete duplicated not refreshed the list files.

because we use trash from https://github.com/sindresorhus/trash and currently the development for trash.sync is not available yet (see: sindresorhus/trash#73) we cannot refresh the list files like what we can done with rename function because nodejs already provide fs.renameSync.

for small file size, temporary application can refresh to recent directory list by waiting for timeout 3000ms. i dont test it for more larger files yet.
