Can't find Issues for read the docs, please move this issue if appropriate

Current result
404 from git.
Possible Fix
recent file reorg moved mod_schema.xsd from fomod-designer/fomod/designer/blob/develop/resources/ to fomod-validator/fomod/validator/resources/mod_schema.xsd , need to update url in href.
