Phobos GUI
The Phobos add-on inserts custom elements in several places of Blender's GUI
The Phobos toolbar can be found on the Tools toolbar on the left of the 3D view. If it's not visible, hit T to make it appear. One of the tabs should print Phobos, which is the toolbar with Phobos' operators. It consists of categories, which resemble the typical workflow of creating a robot. You can find an overview on the Operators page.
The Phobos Models tab provides interactions with the model library (such as importing models).
