Cannot get groups when dex is using gitlab as connector

Hey, Im working with dex to get users from gitlab. I do get them, but I don't get the groups they are part of at all.

I only get the profile but I don't get the groups in the response.

I made sure that in the Gitlab application I will have all required permissions and more ("openid", "api", "read_user", "profile" and "email")
Im using gitlab 13.12

Can anyone help me understand what am I missing to get the groups too ?
