Highlight with different colors each graphical reference.

As of July 17 morning: on code selection the respective graphical element will flash in the browser output. Current graphical elements are all red highlighted, so we need to highlight different graphical elements with different colors (we'll use a specific number of colors because we assume that only snippets of code are pasted)

While making a demo for the ASSIP poster, I ran into this issue with the ace utils highlighting. I may have to go back to that before I begin the referenceTimeline work
