Investigate changing degree drop-down in degree-wizard to be a select

• has already been investigated long ago, but now it is time to check again if this is feasible
• this is with the purpose of not forcing the user to have to start typing before they see any options
• if you run into roadblocks with using a select component, then make it work with the old menu version
• FOLLOW-UP: if a step gets editted, all previous steps should reset
  • I shouldn't be able to choose majors if I unset my degree
