Issue Description

The existing dev console sample flow uses hardcoded sample repositories from private repos, e.g. https://github.com/elsony/devfile-sample-code-with-quarkus. The same set of samples is now available under the org https://github.com/devfile-samples. We should move the dev console to use the new non-private repos:
https://github.com/devfile-samples/devfile-sample-code-with-quarkus
https://github.com/devfile-samples/devfile-sample-python-basic
https://github.com/devfile-samples/devfile-sample-java-springboot-basic

Also, the sample icons need to be updated. We can just mirror the icon and sample repo changes from:
Sample repo: devfile/registry#66
Icons: devfile/registry#64

Porting the same changes back to 4.9 in dev console: openshift/console#10620
