Need to get a few things working:

Somehow pages are being generated in CP-1252
Get headers on the pages
Try and get to a single theme
See if we can use the HTTP Client resources (4.5) in our project (see http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpcomponents/httpclient/trunk/src/docbkx/resources/xsl/)
See if we can If we use the site theme, see if we can move the stylesheets from the site to the generated docs (or better yet, share them).
