Also noticing that you have 4 bands in your dataset, so you'll need to select 1 or 3 valid bands in order to create a proper visual representation of your dataset

You need to use an expression to first create a value from those bands expression=(b1>5)&(b2<5) and then apply a custom colormap https://developmentseed.org/titiler/advanced/rendering/#color-map
