• 1-2 things you like to do in your free time
• An expression of gratitude for the opportunity

2. Use the STAR technique to answer: "Tell me about a time when you overcame a challenge at work"

Concise descriptions of:

• An overview of the situation
• The task they had to accomplish
• What they did to accomplish this task
• What the end result was
