The reply modal window doesn't appear to be showing in IE 9 when clicking Reply.

Tested this in IE 9. The Reply button did not work pop the modal. However, as admin, the modify button still pops the modal, so I think the problem may be with the button. Don't have time right now to dig into the code. Thanks for any assistance!

Hm. As of right now, our IE9 support is spotty at best. We'll have to dedicate some time to look into it at a later date, so we'll keep this open.
