Namely, setup_categories is still in app.js... needs a bit of TLC so that bits and pieces are scattered all over the codebase.

Items

  • setup_categories method should be in install.js
  • Deprecate /install folder
  • Revamp default categories
  • Setup questions should use prompt package
  • Setup questions should do validity checking (e.g. http:// in base_url)
