Username mentions still bugged in 0.4.0.

Noticed one or two pushed fixes for mentions in earlier versions, but there's still a bug in 0.4.0.

Reproduction, create a user with a capital letter or a full stop in the username. I used Test.ing for my user. Make a post or a topic as that user, log in to another account and Reply or Quote the message you made. The mention comes back as it's written, which doesn't link to the profile, whereas manually typing the user above and selecting the option changes it to the correct mention of test-ing.
