Upon going to admin/themes/skins
GET https://api.bootswatch.com/3/?callback=bootswatchListener&_=1396473702010 net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE jquery.js:8615

I can't even find api.bootswatch.com

Going to api.bootswatch.com returns a json response for me. Maybe their certificate is wonky because https://api.bootswatch.com gives warnings.

I filed an issue upstream, hopefully they can fix it... otherwise maybe we'll have to do a server-side call?
