[Request] Warp Core Upgrades/Advanced Warp Core/More Warp Cores

The idea is that we would have upgrades that could make warp core fly faster or use less dilithium, etc.
Alternatively, we could get other variants of the warp core (like with elevators) that are more expensive but work better/faster.
