Essentially as far as I can tell, something in the code is telling the mod to calculate the initial angle of an orbiting body in the sky by taking into account how far that object is from its primary. Which it isn't supposed to be doing. The initial angle should be a very specific angle that doesnt depend on anything else in the config but in testing, it absolutely does.
