User Story or Problem Statement

As a new member of the platform CMS team, I need to understand what I need to be working on and know how to communication my needs and work progress.

As the VA product owner, I need to understand the new CMS platform's team progress towards CMS goals and OKRs and how to give direction and feedback to the team.

Description or Additional Context

The new platform CMS team took over the contract on 1/8 from the outgoing site-wide CMS team. With the transition, the new team needs to understand their expectations around work cadence

Acceptance Criteria

• Scrum structure has been scheduled for the new CMS platform team for daily scrum, backlog refinement, and retros.
• A Github project board has been updated to manage the current sprint's epics and tasks and the CMS backlog.
• The new CMS platform team understands how to use Github to manage their assigned tasks and epics.
• A system to manage sprint planning and progress towards OKRs has been established for the new CMS platform team.
