User Story or Problem Statement

As a VA editor, I need to understand the purpose of the quarterly editor survey and expectations for myself when engaging with the survey.

Description or Additional Context

Use this work as a reference when updating editor comms.

The plan is to have the editor survey open 1/23/2025 - 2/6/2025.

Steps for Implementation

• Review the editor comms in the editor runbook and make updates.
• Incorporate the CMS announcements page and, specifically the quick wins that we implemented based upon that the results of the last editor survey.

Acceptance Criteria

• Updated comms that incorporates the CMS announcements page and the quick wins from the q3 2024 editor survey.

Comms will be sent out via the following channels: editor emails, Microsoft Teams chat, VHA training (specifically, get Justin to tell editors), and enable banner (first previewing that editor survey is coming and then editor survey).
