Create a Glossary of terms for Drupal

User Story or Problem Statement

As an editor (both existing and new) I want to know what certain terms mean in Drupal so that I can better understand and/or onboard to the system.

As the CMS team we want editors to be able to better understand the system so they can become more self sufficient and need to ask the helpdesk less questions.

Description or Additional Context

Going through the Plain language work, it became apparent that a lot of the terms used in the KB articles and inside Drupal are very nuanced. It would be useful to have a glossary that exists in the KB so that editors can find the terms that they don't understand easier. Eventually a system could be built that, if a term is in the glossary, anywhere that term appears in the system a link is added to the term to connect to the glossary automatically linked directly to the part of the page with the term.

Acceptance Criteria

• A glossary exists within the KB
• The most used terms exist with their definitions in the glossary
