User Story or Problem Statement

Some editors are receiving a warning in the browser: To log in to this site, your browser must accept cookies from the domain prod.cms.va.gov. It's reproducible locally and on staging.

An issue in the Drupal core issue queue seems to address this. https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3397718

Previous team had identified this ticket as a possible solution: #20197

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users are no longer seeing the warning message.
