User Story or Problem Statement

As a CMS editor, I need to be able to understand the KB articles without having to navigate complex engineering jargon.

As a CMS editor, I need to see that my feedback from the editor survey was used to inform future development of the CMS.

Description or Additional Context

Follow the plain language guide on VA.gov. Grab the most popular articles found in GA of the Knowledge Base.

Top 10 most trafficked Knowledge Base Articles

  • PDF attached houses data for the following list of pages editors visited between 11/4/24 and 12/3/24

Steps for Implementation

  • Partner with Marisa and Grace to identified the most commonly clicked KB articles.
  • @srancour use the VA.gov plain language guide to update the articles to be in alignment with the guide.
  • @ian-sears and/or @TroyCMSSupport review Steve's edits to confirm they are understandable for an editor.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The top trafficked articles on the Knowledge Base are in alignment with the VA.gov plain language guide.

@srancour got the list added for the most visited pages. The PDF houses the data for the list that breaks down a few metrics. The one page I was hoping to get your review of is the following: https://prod.cms.va.gov/help/vamc/how-to-add-edit-or-remove-a-vamc-facility-health-service
If you could, please indicate that this specific article is good to go in terms of readability and procedural accuracy. Thank you!

This article isn't terrible, but there are a couple of issues I wrote down and will fix.
