Provo Vet Center display name is inconsistent across web pages

Background

VA facilities can renamed to honor a particular individual. Use of the legislated name is required but it is sometimes helpful to retain the geographic or community name for familiarity or discoverability reasons.

The Vet Center approach has been to use the legislated/official name as the Name of Vet Center with the previous geographic name as the Common name. On the Veteran-facing front end, the official name is used for the H1 title for the page followed by the common name displayed as "also called".

Example: Prescott Vet Center
Name of Vet Center: Dr. Cameron McKinley Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Center
Common name: Prescott Vet Center

Problem Statements

• Col. Gail S. Halvorsen 'Candy Bomber' Veterans Center is commonly known as Provo Vet Center. This Vet Center displays the official name in the "also called" statement, rather than as the H1 title.

• This Vet Center is not identified using both the official and common names when mentioned elsewhere and is inconsistently handled.

  • Only the common name displayed at the top of its own Locations page
  • Only the official name is used when listed as a nearby location for Salt Lake City Vet Center
  • Only the official name is used in Facility Locator search results

Acceptance Criteria

• The Vet Center common name is used as the H1 title on its own Main page.
• The Vet Center official name is used as the "also called" statement on its own Main page
• The Vet Center official name and common name are displayed consistently
  • at the top of its own Locations page
  • when listed as a nearby location for another Vet Center
  • in the Facility Locator search results
