Facility Locator CC design intent feedback was implemented in #14533 and needs a content review

Jordan also commented in that ticket:

"Currently users are able to select "View all health services" and search for everything.

In my mockups right now, I've changed that to "See results for all VA health services" which is a bit confusing because of the wording and placement. It looks like this is help text for the search bar.

This is nothing we need to solve immediately, but I wanted to leave this problem within a ticket so that it's documented. I've also commented within the Sketch file so we don't lose this."

@jilladams @Agile6MSkinner I've added this to the Finalize design for FL AutoSuggest interface ticket so that we can consider this along with the other behaviors we're working on defining. I'm going to go ahead and close this ticket.
