User story and requirements

As an Attorney with the Office of the Clerk of the Board, I want to be able to change the docket type for a claimant's appeal to/from (1. Direct Review, 2. Evidence submission, 3. Hearing Request) for a granted Request to Modify in order to move the claimant's appeal to the requested docket and initiate subsequent tasks.

• 1 point Usability testing session with users - Notes
• 1 point Synthesis - list of changes to make - Mural
• add links to ticket
• add links to Design Index
• add key findings to ticket

Key changes were around copy (adding more context and clarity) for instruction text.

Open q's:

• Will this be the same process if initiated by an attorney later down the line?
• Do denials need to be brought into Caseflow?
• Steps of sending a recommendation to VLJ and them deciding - out of scope for now
• Would OCB need a place to add the judge's granted ruling letter? Where and for what?

To design:

• Case details with timeline after switch
• Add task drop-down: what options should exist?
• Confirmation screen (full screen)
• Queue - how would this task look in a queue
