Summary

I noticed in UAT that I'm still able to (1) edit the Veteran and POA/Representative email addresses and (2) send emails to those edited addresses after the date on which the hearing occurred. It's unclear if this issue affects all virtual hearings. But I would expect that the email addresses would not be editable after the hearing date. (If the hearing was postponed and rescheduled, and therefore the hearing date was in the future, I would expect the email addresses to be editable again.)

Observed

(screenshots from UAT)

  1. Log in to UAT as CF_RIKER_317 (a Hearing Coordinator user)
  2. Go to the Hearing Schedule overview page and select a Daily Docket with a virtual hearing on a date in the past
  3. Open the Hearing Details for the virtual hearing
  4. See that the email addresses for Veteran and POA are editable

  5. Edit the email addresses and save.

  6. See that emails are sent.

Expected

Veteran and POA email addresses are not editable (i.e. fields are disabled) for virtual hearing dates that are in the past.
