Separately: fixing staging access issues. I have access to EC2 instances but the documentation for accessing deployed review instances isn't matching what appears in the Jenkins UI...

Review instances seem okay but there's not enough sample data to test things. Either way I could use this approach as a first try to test out other things...

One thing I don't understand is it doesn't have access to some of the classes I was trying to monkeypatch ( the Lighthouse client)
