It seems that dnt 0.41.3 cannot handle this code:

export type * as ESTree from "@types/estree";

I have the following error:

src/deps.ts:7:30 - error TS6137: Cannot import type declaration files. Consider importing 'estree' instead of '@types/estree'.

After downgrading to 0.41.2 it works fine.
