Synchronization with google calendar now fails with Error while checking for options 401 Unauthorized" #312

Since a few weeks, all synchronization with google calendar fails with the following error:
Error while checking for OPTIONS at URL %s: %s" "https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/[email protected]/events/" "401 Unauthorized"

The fix suggested in #209 results in another error:
"Error while doing PROPFIND for '%s' at URL %s: %s" "resourcetype" "https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/[email protected]/events/" "401 Unauthorized"
