ouroboros is no longer maintained and causes cargo-deny CI check to fail due to https://rustsec.org/advisories/RUSTSEC-2023-0042

Marked this as a blocker because red CI does not allow us to make a release. This has to be resolved by fixing async-imap, or, worst case, making an exception.
